Video Fix

Here are the directions on what to do if the video won’t come in on one of our pages.

This includes Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Safari.

1) click on link to go to the page

2) click on icon left of URL (website addressbar)

3) Chrome – Choose Site Settings

Firefox – Click on Connection (not Secure)

Edge – Permissions for this site

Safari – Website settings

4) Chrome – Insecure content – ALLOW

Firefox – Disable Protection for now (it will disable ONLY for our site)

Edge – Insecure content – ALLOW

Safari – – Insecure content – ALLOW

If you follow the steps correctly, the changes will ONLY AFFECT OUR SITE. All protections should remain everywhere else.

If you are experiencing additional problems after performing the above directions, here are some special options for Apple users:

ATTENTION: IF YOU CAME TO THIS SITE USING A LINK FROM FACEBOOK, YOU MUST SET FACEBOOK TO OPEN INTO A REGULAR BROWSER LIKE CHROME OR SAFARI.
