This particular video focuses on the importance of following your heart to live a meaningful life filled with joy and adventure.
In this video Mooji explains that true “I” is NOT personal. Activities are taking place spontaneously but the “Self” remains untouched. The “Self” is not involved. The mind is not needed for the activities of life to take place, only for practical purposes. If you don’t believe it, then put it to the test and see what happens.
This is a very interesting eight minute video in which Rupert discusses exactly when duality begins, and the mistaken interpretation by the neo-advaita movement. The core of duality is in the belief that there is anything that is separate from anything else. Listen to what Rupert has to say…
In this eight minute video clip, Mooji talks about how much importance we place on our mind and how we let our minds dictate our lives. He goes on to say how imperative it is for us to shake this trust in our minds before freedom can be fully realized within us. Is your mind YOUR guru? Lets listen and find out…

Very interesting few minutes to explain that since in reality we are already completely free, there is no need for any “letting go” to take place. Only the separate self (the mind, ego) is capable of inventing reasons for letting go.
In this 5 minute video clip, Rupert talks about a common misconception that we have a small “I” that needs to be dropped or gotten rid of so we can experience the freedom of our true nature. Rupert explains in very clear terms that this small “I” doesn’t really exist but that it is only a fictitious limitation on the infinite consciousness that we are.
In this eight minute video clip, Mooji shares a little story to drive home the point that we all come from the same source like a drop of water from the ocean, and that even though we may appear to be different on the outside, we all return home to one and the same.
In this short four minute moment from Mooji, he explains that even on a physical level, when you shine as the evidence of Truth, every cell rejoices and feels invigorated by the effects of joy, love and freedom felt within.
In this 8 minute video, Jeff expresses that who you really are is already so and that EVERYTHING is already so. Therefore any conflict or suffering that arises is simply a rejection on behalf of a non existing separate self not willing to accept what is already so. “Awakening” is really only a deep acceptance of life as what you are already. See how Jeff describes it…
In this short five minute video, Rupert helps us to understand that happiness is not something that comes and goes, but rather something that is ever-present by recognizing that unhappiness is not the opposite of happiness. Let’s listen carefully…
In this nine minute video clip from Mooji, a seeker starts out by thinking that one of the barriers for her complete awakening is having to give up control when Mooji helps her to realize that actually she will only have to give up the IDEA of having control.
In this short four minute video clip, Jeff Foster speaks about how we really should see everything within us as divine and with total acceptance. He explains that if we were taught to see everything within us as a divine expression, that would be the end of violence towards ourselves and others.
A large number of seekers are in search for a state of “Bliss” and in this five minute video clip, Mooji explains that one should never pursue a state of bliss because in reality bliss is only the perfume of awakening that happens of its own accord and is not a permanent state of being.
Here is a wonderful 12 minute guided meditation set to music from Mooji called “Be Here Now”. Just sit back, relax and enjoy!
In this 10 minute video, Jac describes the most authentic way to handle decision making which is consistent with what other spiritual teachers say about it. The bottom line is that the mind wants to claim ownership for the decisions that are made and this brings up a ton of unnecessary fear and stress into our lives.
In this ten minute audio from Alan, he dives head on into our mistaken relationship with the world which leads to changing our understanding of rules of the universe, which ultimately leads to a complete misunderstanding of our place in the universe.
This is part three of a three part series of Mooji speaking to one inquiring mind searching for the “The Truth”.  However, every part stands on its own.  This particular interaction is very lighthearted as well as providing super clear insight as Mooji leads this being from confusion to clarity. Practice may be enjoyable and help your ego to reach states of peace, but this has nothing to do with realization. As long as there is a “Practicer”, there can be no realization. Who is the practicer? Unreal!
In this 9 minute video, Mooji explains that many pointings are completely misunderstood because the seeker is not ready for the “Truth”. They may be so identified with the world of form that the pointings don’t really make sense or taken to be literal in nature. The question is, “Are you ready for the truth?”
A letter from a participant touches Mooji with the message that it is totally possible to realize the self.
Mooji explains that to stay as the “self”, there is no need to try to stop thoughts. It is enough to just not feed them with your energy and they will pass. Unless we feed energy to our thoughts, thoughts by themselves have no power and are just fleeting phenomenon.
This video is less than two minutes long, yet contains a ton of wisdom about awareness and what is recorded in memory about our daily lives.
In this short four minute video, Alan says a few words about the mind’s addiction to thinking and the solution which is simply to take some time to watch the mind without engaging with it (leave the mind alone).
