This video is Part 3 of a 3 Part Series which focuses on Mooji helping a inquirer come to a place of recognition. This third part focuses on the subject that “realization” is not exchanging one bundle of concepts for another bundle of concepts. The “Truth” is so obvious that the mind can not comprehend or accept that it could be so simple and obvious and yet it can be “realized” within consciousness itself.
In this 8 minute video, Mooji expresses his views of Spiritual Practices. He explains that although spiritual practices can be helpful for certain purposes, it is very important to find out WHY you are doing the spiritual practice in the first place. Otherwise, spiritual practices can actually stand in the way of freedom.
In this super short four minute video, Alan explains that our ego is only a caricature of who we think we are. In reality our ego is a sort of defect disguised as the self. Let’s listen to Rupert’s explanation…
We hear it said by so many teachers that it is beyond important to “find your purpose”. In this extended version of this video, Mooji offers us a very different take on the concept of “purpose” so let’s start listening now…
In this seven minute video from Rupert Spira, he offers us a bit of advice on how to incorporate our non-dual understanding into our decision making process. If one is truly living a spontaneous life, the issue of decision making does not really come up very much as most decisions are made spontaneously as a certainty of movement in the moment, but this advice can help when it seems that a decision needs to be made and the answer has not come forth.
This six minute video demonstrates how easy one can confuse the arrogance of ego claiming itself to be the “Truth”, even when it truly seems to be genuine in nature. Let’s let Mooji take us through the process of inquiring into it…
In this 8 minute video from Rupert, he reminds us of a different way we can investigate into the true nature of the “I”, or rather investigate into what is aware of our experience. He reminds a questioner that in reality this is one of the simplest things to do and further instructs how we can easily bring our attention back to that “place” whenever we want.

In this 11 minute video, Mooji helps us to remember that recognizing the “Self” only involves the dropping of ALL concepts and beliefs, including concepts like Karma which only applies to the body/mind, and so many other thoughts and beliefs that the mind tries to place in the way to try to ensure its own survival as a separate entity.
In this deeply insightful 12 minute video, a man says that he has spent his whole life giving up attachments in order to please God, whom he associates with punishment and reward. In this little eight minute video clip from Rupert Spira, a young boy asks why consciousness has to explore itself given that it knows everything. Let’s pay special attention around the 6:30 minute mark…

In this short 7 minute video clip, Rupert explains that the states of deep sleep, dreaming and awakened are all modulations of the mind within an ever present “Awareness” which is always 100% present in all states.
In this 9 minute audio, a seeker declares that she is tired of all the talking and all the words that she has been listening to for many years and in describing this to Adyashanti comes to the realization that she is just addicted to struggle.
